With roughs and trees lining these rolling fairways, finding the short grass off the tee is important. These greens are larger than average and fairly quick. The water hazards and bunkers carefully strewn throughout the layout will come into play at key moments. With several required carries over trouble to protected greens, only well-struck shots will find the putting surface.

Boasting a wonderful Fazio design, this course's layout includes some interesting challenges with several long holes and others that require more target golf. You will constantly find yourself worrying about bunkers and water, both off the tee and on approach shots. With mounding throughout, you will also encounter several uneven lies here. PONTE VEDRA BEACH. Featuring open, windswept areas, numerous bunkers and well-placed water hazards, this traditional course packs a punch. While hitting these fairways is not impossible, the wind will frequently cause problems. With small greens, the hazards will often be a factor on approach shots. With several long par-5's, you won't normally find too many tap-in birdies here. While these fairways are relatively open, you will see a standard cut of rough on every hole. These greens are not too fast; however, the severe slopes found here can make putting quite a challenge. Water hazards and bunkers will come into play on just about every hole.
